Description: The Greater Portland Transit District (METRO) is requesting sealed bids from architectural and engineering firms to write specifications and oversee the completion of the following projects:

1. The removal of ballasted roofs and installation of two (2) flat rubber membrane roofs on METRO's facility buildings.

2. The removal, supply and install of three (3) in-ground bus lifts and two (2) above ground bus lifts.

Bidders must be familiar and have experience with both projects.
