Description: The project consists of the construction of a new single-story 5,278 square foot Animal Shelter on concrete slab with sally port and related site work which includes paved parking lot. Interior wall assemblies are constructed of CMU and wood studs plus EIFS veneer exterior walls; roof construction is wood trusses with fiberglass asphalt shingles.
