Description: The Town of Vienna is soliciting proposals for consulting and planning services from qualified vendors to conduct an expansion and renovation feasibility analysis, operations plan and needs assessment for the Vienna Community Center located at 120 Cherry Street SE, Vienna, VA 22180 adjacent to the Washington & Old Dominion Trail. The selected firm will be asked to provide a comprehensive report that will provide the Town with guidance for future possible expansion to include an indoor aquatic center, fitness center, full size gymnasium, parking, additional program space, and renovation of the existing 25,000 sq. ft. facility.
