Description: 2.0 SCOPE OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES AND APPLICABLE SPECIFICATIONS
This Specification establishes the minimum requirements for this solicitation, listed and described in the body of these specifications, to be used as noted, by The School Board of Osceola County, FL.

The intent of this bid is to secure firm fixed pricing for Replacing the Building Automation System at Westside K8 School.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, software, and services required to remove and replace the existing Building Automation System (BAS) across the entire campus.

Work includes, but is not limited to:
• Replacement of all controllers, sensors, and associated devices
• Installation of new communication infrastructure
• Integration of chillers, AHUs, VAVs, and associated equipment
• Programming, commissioning, graphics, and training
• Removal of ALL unused preexisting wiring

Using the Scope of Services provided see Attachment H and the current Section 23 the Design Guidelines for Direct Digital Control System for HVAC see Attachment L, the District is replacing the existing HVAC Controllers, sensors and associated devices as shown on the Original Plans provided by Schekel Shultz Architecture see Attachment M and that were updated on the plans provided by Song & Associates see Attachment N.
