Description: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids and resulting firm fixed priced contract/purchase order is to obtain the services of a qualified Actuary having the experience to perform the actuarial study on the Retirement Plans for non-sworn and sworn employees of the Town of Vienna, Virginia in accordance with the specifications herein. Both are defined benefit plans. Additionally, this contract will include a quote to complete all reviews and reports required to complete audited financial statements to satisfy GASB requirements. This will include OPEB evaluations and any other pronouncements in effect during the time period of the contract and renewals.
