Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals for Licensed Collection Agency to provide contract collection services will be received by the City of Lynwood, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California 90262, at the office of the City Clerk until the hour of 5:00 PM on THURSDAY, APRIL 4, 2013. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with “Bid for Collection Agency Contract” and the name of the bidder. If the bid is mailed to the City, the sealed envelope should be marked to indicate that it contains a sealed bid. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids shall be returned to the bidder unopened. It shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder to see that his/her bid is received in times as according to the requirements.
