Description: The Dade County Board of Commissioners will receive proposals to provide Emergency Ambulance Service within the unincorporated areas of the County and the municipality City of Trenton, Georgia, located within the County, as specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals must be received by February 9, 2015. Late proposals will not be considered or returned. Deliver Proposals to: Dade County Board of Commissioners, Attention: Ted Rumley, 71 Case Avenue, Suite 243, Trenton, GA 30752-2429. The RFP envelope or package must show the name and address of the business, and include the RFP number.
