Description: The City of Charleston, WV will receive sealed proposals in the City Manager’s Office until 4:00 P.M., Friday, April 22, 2011, for a community development consultant or firm to assist the Mayor’s Office of Economic & Community Development (MOECD) with various tasks over a three (3) year period (May 3, 2011 through April 30, 2014). Proposal information may be obtained from the Purchasing Director’s Office by calling 304.348.8014, or email bids@cityofcharleston.org.
