The City of Morgantown is interested in purchasing a backhoe loader and or a Wheel Loader.
Separate, sealed bids will be received by the City Finance Director of the City of Morgantown, West Virginia, until 2:00 p.m., October 29, 2012 in accordance with the specifications on file and from the Office of the City Engineer, City Hall, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, 26505.

All bids shall be clearly marked “Sealed Bid 2013-02”. Each bidder shall submit a five-percent (5%) bid bond, certified check, or postal money order. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after receipt of bids without forfeiture of bid security, not as penalty, but as liquidated damages.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or in formalities in the bid or bidding. |
