This Specification establishes the minimum requirements for this solicitation, listed and described in the body of these specifications, to be used as noted, by The School Board of Osceola County, FL.

The purpose of this bid is to put in place the following solution for the disposal of surplus/off adoption textbooks and instructional materials.

School Boards utilizing this solicitation will adhere to Florida Statute 1006.41, Disposal of Instructional Materials, including any future revisions to the Statute.
