Description: It is the intent of this solicitation to prequalify multiple contractors to perform mowing, trimming, inlet and outlet cleaning of retention and detention areas, drainage system maintenance, litter removal, upkeep of common areas and athletic fields, and trash pickup in Special Assessment Municipal Service Taxing Units (MSTUs) and Municipal Service Benefit Units (MSBUs) communities located within Osceola County. Exhibit A has been attached to solely as a reference for the areas that may require service, however additional County locations may be included as required by the County. PLEASE NOTE: No pricing will be submitted for this solicitation. Award will be made to the Contractors determined by the Evaluation Committee to be the most qualified and have the capacity to perform the required services described herein. The Task Authorization (TA) process will highlight the specific areas of need for service(s) and pricing, Countywide.
