NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
The City of Sachse will accept sealed requests for proposal (in duplicate) for a contract on Group Medical Insurance until 10:00 am CST, February 18, 2010, in the office of the City Secretary, City of Sachse, 5560 Highway 78, Sachse, Texas, 75048. Information may be obtained from the Director of Human Resources (972) 495-1212, ext. 25.
Bid envelopes shall be sealed and marked with "RFP 2010-0501, Bid: Group Medical Insurance" on the outside of the envelope. Any bids received after the time and date stated above, regardless of the mode of delivery, will not be considered.
The City of Sachse reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept any bid, which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of the City of Sachse.
