REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - BANK DEPOSITORY SERVICES
The City of Sachse, Texas and the separate entities of the Sachse Economic Development Corporation, and the President George Bush Turnpike Reinvestment Zone Tax Increment Fund, are jointly requesting sealed proposals from qualified financial institutions located within the City to provide Bank Depository Services. The initial contract period will begin October 1, 2010 and end September 30, 2012. At the option of the City, the contract may be renewed for three additional 12-month periods.
Sealed proposals will be accepted until 2:00 pm (CDST), Wednesday, May 26, 2010 in the office of the City Secretary, City of Sachse, 5560 Highway 78, Sachse, Texas, 75048. Proposal envelopes shall be sealed and designated on the front, lower, left-hand corner the following:
Subject: BANK DEPOSITORY SERVICES RFP
Submission Deadline: 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 26, 2010
Note: Proposals received after this deadline cannot be considered.
The sealed proposal shall include five complete copies of the proposal and one CD-ROM of the MS-Excel Fee Schedule. Proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond, in the form of a cashier's check, in the amount of $5,000.00, which shall be returned to each proposer upon final acceptance and execution of a contract with the successful bank. Any proposals received after the time and date stated above, regardless of delivery, will not be considered and returned unopened. All prospective vendors are encouraged to attend a pre-proposal conference at the City's administrative offices located at the address shown above, on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.
