Addendum 1 28

The following questions were received on or before January 24, 2014.
21. System shall incorporate barcode readability in at least one location for non-RFID materials.
Is this a “must have” or can it be priced as an option?
While barcode readability by the AMH system is not required, such items must go through the return process. If this is not a typical component and it is available, please price this as an option.
And if it is a “must have” do you presently have barcodes on the top and bottom of library materials or just on one side?
Nampa Public Library barcodes are typically attached to the back of materials, and we do not typically attach more than one. Items from other libraries in the LYNX! Consortium which will also need to be returned use various standards for the placement of barcodes.
