Sealed bids will be received by Rockwood School District (RSD), at the RSD Facilities Office Building, 17146 Manchester Road, Wildwood, Missouri, 63040-1001 until Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at 2:00 CST for the Ballwin Elementary School Innovation Room Renovations. Bids will be opened publicly at that time.
Drawings and specifications for this project are on file at the office of the Architect, Hoener Associates, Inc., 6707 Plainview Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63109, (314) 781-9855, FAX (314) 781-0163. Information as to bidding instructions and requirements for procuring bidding documents may be obtained from the
Architect. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards,shall be paid all workers employed on this project. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive technicalities, to select any contractor filing a proposal, and to reject any or all bids.
PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE TUESDAY, JANUARY 22, 2019, AT 9:00 A.M. CST. THIS PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE HELD AT BALLWIN ELEMENTARY LOCATED AT 400 JEFFERSON, BALLWIN, MO 63021-4925. ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING IS MANDATORY FOR GENERAL CONTRACTORS PLANNING
TO SUBMIT BID PROPOSALS FOR THIS PROJECT. |
