Description: The Jackson County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids to repair the interior of the Sheriff’s Office building located at 4012 Lafayette St. Marianna, Florida 32446. The project consists of performing permanent interior repairs to include but not limited to; drywall, sheetrock, ceiling repair, flooring, cove base, insulation, and installing overhead roll-up garage doors. All Bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis. Please complete bid documents thoroughly to ensure that your bid is comparable to others as this project entails several different types of repair aspects.
