Description: - The project includes restoration of the Tax Collector’s office space (approx.. 1,690 sq. ft - located inside the Jackson County Courthouse) due to damages sustained from Hurricane Michael. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:

• Repair or replace all damaged or missing drywall
• Refinish all drywall surfaces repaired or replaced
• Paint all wall surfaces
• Install new flooring and cove base
• Install shelving in storage closet as deemed appropriate
• Limited electrical updates to accommodate desk and wall cubicles
• All other repairs deemed necessary during the scheduled Contractor’s meeting
• Include warranty information
