Description: Sealed Bids for District 2 Dirt Road Asphalt Paving of County owned and maintained roads in commission District 2 in Jackson County, FL will be received by Jackson County Board of County Commissioners at the office of Jackson County Purchasing located at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, FL. until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 29, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The project consists of grading, road base, asphalt paving, pavement markings, and grassing of selected roadways. List of Proposed Roads as follows: Cliff Road, New Salem Road, Christy Lane, Dilmore Road(East Side of Hwy 231), Sloan Road.

Addendum: 4/20/2021: ADDENDUM #1 INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

1. Bid date is changed to May 6, 2021 at 2:00pm.
2. The Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting requirement has been waived and deadline for questions has been extended to April 30, 2021 at 3:00pm.
3. Qualifications for bidding this project are as follows: Contractor and sub-contractors normally engaged in this type of work and have 5 projects of this type in the past 3 years can bid this project.
